The Story

Throwing
Shapes,
Creating Vibes.

"My hope for this heels season is that dancers leave with more than just choreography. I want them to leave feeling more confident, more connected to themselves and each other, and just a little more in love with dance than when they first walked into the studio."

Breakdancing became an intro to tumbling, exploring everything from backflips and hollerbacks to freezes and floorwork, while simultaneously developing greater upper-body strength for cheer. Cross-training between the two opened up new ways of moving, building a foundation across dance and athletic movement.

🎭 Inspired By

Fell in love with the versatility of dance as a language, forever keen to keep building a bank of styles. Taking inspiration from the Dance Your Style concept, the goal is to collect movements, grooves and influences to draw from instinctively, while building confidence to freestyle in cyphers, battles and spaces beyond choreography.

✨ Finding My Style

Cross-training between grounded, groovy Hip Hop vibes and powerful, feminine Heels sparked a curiosity for how the body moves differently to reflect and honour each style, while finding what feels authentic. Both have built confidence in different ways, creating space to be playful, express personality and explore movement.

πŸ‘  Heels Season

Excited to introduce beginner Heels classes for the 2026/27 season, experimenting with new choreography, learning how to break movement down and helping others build confidence through dance. The studio is my favourite place to be, so getting to share the dance floor, vibey music and Heels makes it even better.
